About The Role The Forklift Driver / Warehouse Operator is a Full-time position, based at our store in Coffs Harbour - NSW. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will deliver exceptional customer service and attain operational excellence within the warehouse. In This Role You Will Provide exceptional customer service for all our customers Assist in the daytoday activities within the store Manage stock movements and maintenance of stock Load trucks with customer orders for distribution while complying with safety requirements Unload inbound orders of stock Serve customers in the warehouse part of the store, e.g. loading customers'' vehicles with a forklift or manually as required Ensure documentation, labelling and presentation of product is adhered to Perform warehouse operations including picking orders, inventory counts and general housekeeping Accompany drivers and assist with twoman hand unloads when required Your hours are Monday to Friday from 6:30am to 2.30pm.
