Strata Cleaner (Fixed Shift - Monday to Friday) This role requires a professional cleaner to maintain common areas of residential strata sites across the CBD, Eastern Suburbs, and North Sydney. The successful candidate will clean lobbies, lifts, recreation facilities, carpark, and manage waste operations, including bin relocation to council collection areas and sanitation of bins and garbage rooms. Responsibilities Clean common areas of residential strata sites, including lobbies, lifts, recreation facilities, and carpark. Manage waste operations, such as moving bins to council collection areas and sanitising bins and garbage rooms. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and professionalism throughout the workplace. Qualifications Previous cleaning experience. Fluency in English for instructions and communication with residents and managers. Strong attention to detail, professionalism, reliability, honesty, and a positive attitude. Working Hours Monday to Friday Fixed Schedule, 30 hours per week (morning hours only). Availability & Eligibility Available to start immediately. Students are welcome, provided they are eligible to work in Australia.
