At Manly Minds, we approach psychological care through a developmental and relational lens. We understand children and adolescents in the context of their brain development, emotional systems, and family environment, and tailor our work accordingly. Our clinicians integrate evidence-based approaches including CBT, ACT, DBT, Schema Therapy, Brain Training, Play-Therapy and Family Systems frameworks to support emotional regulation, resilience and growth. We view parents as central to the process and value a collaborative, family-inclusive approach wherever possible, recognising that lasting change occurs within the systems young people are part of. We are looking for passionate psychologists who embody our values and treatment apporach, to join our team. We are looking for a therapist with interest and experience in child and teen therapy. We hope to find someone who is passionate about working with children, teens and their families, including parent work. They will also have a willingness to collaborate with schools and other supports, as necessary. Who Would Be a Good Fit We are looking for someone who: Is warm, engaging and able to build strong therapeutic relationships Works in an evidence-based, developmentally informed way Feels comfortable working within a family-inclusive model, and values collaboration with parents where appropriate Enjoys working systemically, including with schools and other supports Is reflective, thoughtful, and committed to high-quality clinical work Is interested in contributing to a growing, values-driven local practice.
