School Bus Driver Casual / Part Time (must be available for daily split shifts). Commencing 2026 Norwest Christian College is an independent, co-educational P-12 school located in the growing north-west sector of Sydney. The College is currently seeking to appoint an experienced and energetic School Bus Driver to join our team of committed professionals and support our College community with transporting staff and students on the College buses. Responsibilities Transport staff and students on the College buses according to the school schedule. Ensure safe driving and compliance with all road rules. Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the bus. Assist passengers with boarding and boarding procedures. About You The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate at interview a personal faith and commitment to the Lord Jesus Christ and a lifestyle consistent with that faith, including an active commitment to a Christian fellowship. Qualifications and Experience Valid MR Drivers Licence. Experience with driving students (advantageous). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Courteous and respectful manner. Strong attention to detail and a spirit of excellence. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. First aid qualification, or a willingness to acquire one. Applicants must provide a copy of their WWCC clearance letter. Candidates shortlisted for interview will be expected to provide a Working With Children Check clearance number or clearance letter. Working with Children Check Under the Child Protection (Working With Children) Act 2012 (NSW) and the Child Protection (Working with Children) Regulation 2013 (NSW) the College can only employ persons who hold a verified WWCC clearance from the NSW Office of the Children''s Guardian.
