Graphio Architects is seeking a proactive and detail-driven Graduate of Architecture + Office Manager to support our team with architectural responsibilities, as well as administration, project operations, marketing, and day-to-day office management. This role suits someone who enjoys being the organisational anchor of a creative environment, ensuring smooth operations and an excellent client experience. You will work closely with the Directors on: Drafting and design-support Invoicing, weekly project tracking, consultant and council coordination, and marketing content Responsibilities: Architectural Drafting and Design-Support Drafting support in ArchiCAD: measured drawings, DA/ CDC/ CC/ WD documentation Lead site visits: photos, measurements, and note-taking Occasional rendering through sketchup and enscape Office Operations & Administration Prepare and issue project invoices, quotes, and fee-related documents Facilitate weekly cadence meetings, update project tracking and forecasts Coordinate with consultants and suppliers; chase updates when required Liaise with councils and certifiers, understand project controls, lodge applications through relevant portals Manage subscriptions, office equipment, supplies, and general studio upkeep. Support Directors with daily administrative needs. Client & Front-of-House Support Serve as the first point of contact, answering phones and responding to general enquiries Maintain CRM records, track new leads, enquiries, and follow-ups Assist with proposal preparation, capability statements, and client communications Set up meeting rooms and ensure a professional, welcoming experience for visitors Marketing & Social Media Manage social media accounts and content Assist with marketing promotions, growth initiatives, and website updates Organise photoshoots for past projects Prepare project posts, newsletters, case studies, and award submissions Qualifications & Must-haves Minimum 2+ years post graduation (B.Arch and M.Arch) working experience ArchiCAD experience Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Strong client hands and exceptional written & verbal communication skills A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to work independently Only local applicants with full working rights will be considered #J-18808-Ljbffr
