School Crossing Supervisor Casual Parramatta Local Government Area Location: Parramatta, NSW, AU, 2150. Job reference number: 107862. Employment type: Casual. Salary: $33.83 per hour plus superannuation. Responsibilities Provide road safety support at school crossing sites within the Parramatta Local Government Area. Operate during school zone hours (08:00-09:30 AM and 02:30-04:00 PM), with a minimum onehour shift during the school term. Display effective communication with children, parents, teachers and motorists. Remain vigilant for potential dangers and respond appropriately. Assist in maintaining traffic flow and ensuring safety of all road users. Qualifications & Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of appointment. Reliable and willing to work in all weather conditions. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Willingness to obtain a Working with Children Check, Reference Checks, Police Check and a Health Assessment (training, uniforms and equipment provided). Prior Working with Children Check is preferred. Work Conditions Inperson, onsite role. Casual employment with flexible shifts. Benefits Hourly rate of $33.83 plus superannuation.
