What We Offer Support from an experienced and established hospitality group Flexible casual management shifts Opportunities for longterm career progression within the group The Role Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth daytoday operation of the venue, including: Managing daily pub operations and acting as Casual Manager Leading, supervising, and supporting staff during service Ensuring compliance with liquor licensing and gaming requirements Delivering highquality customer service Maintaining venue standards, safety, and presentation Handling daily operational matters with confidence and professionalism About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous experience in a pub or hospitality management role Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills A handson, calm, and customerfocused approach The ability to manage a shift independently from start to finish Why Join Sonnel Hospitality?
