Road Design Team As part of a dynamic road design team, you will apply your experience to enhance project delivery across urban and rural environments. This role combines technical design expertise, 3D modelling, and team collaboration to achieve innovative and efficient engineering solutions. The Opportunity Support lead designers in road alignment design for major highways, local roads, and infrastructure projects Develop and communicate detailed 3D models using 12d Model software Lead design delivery for small to medium projects and contribute to larger multidisciplinary projects Mentor, guide, and review the work of junior engineers and designers Ensure designs meet quality standards, project timelines, budgets, and regulatory requirements Is this role right for you? A good foundation of experience in road and highway design within a consulting environment Proficiency in 12d Model, including experience or interest in advanced features and workflows Strong understanding of road design standards (e.g., Austroads, Transport for NSW, relevant codes) Proven ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and deliver coordinated design solutions Excellent communication, time management, and problemsolving skills with a proactive mindset What We Offer You At Arup, we care about each members success, so we can grow together.
