The Role Were hiring a Modelling Analyst Credit Risk & Advanced Analytics to join our Risk and Modelling team. This is a handson role suited to earlycareer professionals with a strong quantitative background who want real exposure, real responsibility, and the opportunity to deepen their technical capability in a commercial environment. Youll work closely with our Director of Modelling, Risk team, and Data & Analytics, gaining endtoend exposure across a wide range of modelling and advanced analytics use cases in a fastmoving fintech environment. What Youll Do Develop, enhance, and monitor credit risk and decisioning models Apply advanced analytics techniques across use cases such as fraud detection, forecasting, and optimisation Work with real lending data across the full modelling lifecycle from data preparation through to deployment and monitoring Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve model and portfolio performance Partner with stakeholders across Risk, Marketing, and Collections to solve complex business problems Translate analytical outputs into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders Contribute to model governance, documentation, and bestpractice standards What Were Looking For Masters or PhD in a quantitative field (e.g. Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Studies, Economics or similar) Strong foundation in statistical modelling and analytical techniques Experience building predictive models (e.g. regression, treebased models such as XGBoost) Working knowledge of Python, R, SQL, or similar tools Ability to translate business problems into datadriven solutions Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail Clear communicator who enjoys working with both data and people (Experience in lending, financial services, or credit risk is a plus, but not required) What Youll Get Exposure to a wide range of modelling techniques (from traditional statistics to machine learning and optimisation) A real seat at the table your work will directly influence business decisions Supportive, inclusive, and fastpaced culture CBD office, snacks, team events, and wellbeing initiatives Strong career growth in a growing fintech #J-18808-Ljbffr
