GAMING & WAGERING MANAGER Join the Team at the Red Lion Hotel Ballarat Are you a passionate hospitality leader with strong gaming knowledge and a drive to create an exceptional customer experience? The Red Lion Hotel is searching for an experienced and motivated Gaming & Wagering Manager to lead our Sports bar and Gaming Lounge. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dynamic management team within one of Ballarats busiest hospitality venues. About the Role You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Gaming Lounge and Sports bar while driving compliance, staff performance, promotions and guest experience. No weekends or nights. Your responsibilities will include: Leading and developing the gaming team Ensuring all gaming operations remain compliant Managing gaming promotions and customer engagement Staff training and mentoring Product and service development Opening/closing procedures and gaming reconciliation Working closely with venue management and marketing teams What Were Looking For Previous experience in a Gaming or Wagering leadership role Strong understanding of gaming compliance and operations Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to motivate and support a team in a fast-paced environment Current Gaming, TAB and Keno accreditations High attention to detail and strong organisational skills Why Join Us?
