Borg Group is seeking a motivated Creative Account Manager to join our Creative Agency team. About the Role As a Creative Account Manager, youll support the delivery of creative campaigns and day-to-day brand activity across a portfolio of brands. Acting as a key link between stakeholders and the agency team, youll ensure projects are clearly briefed, well-managed, and delivered on time and within scope. Key Responsibilities Manage stakeholder communication and act as the key liaison between marketing teams and the agency Coordinate projects and campaigns from brief through to delivery, ensuring timelines and approvals are met Ensure briefs are clear, complete, and aligned with project requirements Collaborate with creative, digital, content, and production teams to deliver high-quality outcomes Monitor campaign execution, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and identifying risks early About You Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Clear communicator with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders Proactive and solutions-focused mindset Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Relevant experience or qualifications in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred Ideally 2 years experience in a creative agency role About Us Founded over 30 years ago, the BORG Group has grown from a small family joinery business into a leading privately owned Australian enterprise.
