The Role Due to significant growth, MCA Engineering is looking for a Workshop Leading Hand Boilermaker with 3-5 years experience in a similar role. You''ll lead and mentor a team of skilled tradespeople and apprentices in our workshop. You must bring hands-on leadership experience, a focus on safety, and a passion for the trade.
