About the RoleWe are seeking a Lead Stylist / Senior Hairdresser who will: Run their own full column of bookings Deliver exceptional client experiences across all hair services Act as a technical mentor and guide for the team Support the development of emerging stylists through example and encouragement Uphold salon standards, systems, and culture on the floor This is a hands-on leadership roleyou are leading within the team, not managing from the side-lines. Our SpecialtiesWhile we offer all hair services, Eden Hair Energy also specialises in: High-end hair extensions Advanced hair loss systems You do not need prior experience in these areas.
