About the role This is an exciting opportunity to join Kerr Engineering as a Project Manager, overseeing the delivery of projects within the steel fabrication and machining divisions. In this full-time, office-based role located in Henderson, WA, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the successful execution of projects to the highest standards. What you''ll be doing Lead and manage all aspects of assigned projects from inception to completion Develop and monitor project plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and quality assurance Identify and mitigate risks, and implement effective solutions to address issues that arise Provide regular progress updates and reporting to project stakeholders Continuously seek opportunities to improve project management processes and drive operational efficiencies What we''re looking for 2+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on steel fabrication and/or machining projects Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects within the engineering or manufacturing sectors Strong technical understanding of steel fabrication and machining processes Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams Proficient in the use of project management software and tools Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline What we offer At Kerr Engineering, we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and supportive work environment.
