Paediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) Location: Southern Highlands, NSW Applicants of all experience levels will be considered Full time and Part time roles available Supervision and Mentoring provided by Senior OTs Supportive OT Team Are you an experienced paediatric OT or want to start working in paediatrics? About Practical OT Practical OT is a mobile Occupational Therapy service working with clients across paediatrics, mental health, adult care, and workplace safety. We support private and NDIS clients in their homes, schools, community and workplaces across the Southern Highlands and are expanding our services. Who we are looking for: Occupational Therapists at all levels (registered with AHPRA) who are currently practising in, or commencing a career in paediatrics Ability to travel and work in client homes and schools Strong communication and relationship building skills. Your role: Complete OT assessments and intervention of neurodiverse children, children with developmental difference and children with disabilities, aged 0-18 years Engage with parents and carers to develop and build skills Work with clients in homes, pre-schools and schools Collaborate with the Allied Health team Supervision of an Allied Health Assistant. What to expect when you work at Practical OT: If youre an experienced OT, new or recent graduate, youll receivesignificant and structured support, including: Supervision, trainingand mentoring with a Senior OT (25 years experience) Part of a skilled and collaborative OT team, withcolleagues available for supervision, case reflection, and professional connection Fortnightly team meetings, quarterly lunches, and casual coffee catchups Currently we have a workspace in Mittagong which is set up for daily admin use, collaborative team meetings and OT groups we run with our clients Travel reimbursement for kilometres travelled to and from client visits Support accessing professional development and training grants up to $10K Laptop and mobile phone provided.
