What youll bring and do Diploma qualification in early childhood education Current working with children and National Police checks 2+ years experience in sessional Kindergarten You will be able to build positive relationships with peers, families and childrenfrom diverse backgrounds You will have a strong understanding of the Childrens Services Regulations, Early Years Learning Framework (ELYF) and National Quality Standards (NQS) Ability to support childrens overall learning, wellbeing, and development Experience supporting an ECT and team with program implementation Skills in supporting play-based experiences for 35-year-old kindergarten children A positive, team-focused approach Motivation, commitment, and passion to deliver high quality education Well-developed organisational skills, including ability to manage own workload What youll receive Wellbeing initiatives, including an employee assistance program Professional development opportunities Complimentary uniform provided Supportive induction to help you feel comfortable from day one Training and mentoring Promotions and internal transfers opportunities.
