About the role: Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Corporate Services Manager leads corporate systems, compliance, risk, WHS, human resources oversight, internal communications and business support. This role helps ensure Yilli Housing operates efficiently, meets its legal and funding obligations, and keeps improving internal systems and practices. Key responsibilities Lead corporate services across administration, IT coordination, assets, fleet, internal systems and business support. Oversee compliance obligations across contracts, funding agreements, policies, legal requirements and quality standards. Maintain the corporate risk register and provide clear advice and updates to the Chief Executive Officer. Lead contract management processes, including deliverables, milestones, reporting obligations and variations. Provide leadership and support to the human resources team across workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding and employee records. Template and brand development, external communications policy development and oversight Coordinate organisation wide communications linked to policy changes, internal obligations and continuous improvement activity. Oversee WHS systems, audit preparation, accreditation processes and quality improvement plans. Ideal profile Qualifications in business, human resources, management, compliance or a related field, or equivalent experience. Leadership experience across corporate services, human resources, compliance, risk, WHS or related business functions. Strong written communication skills, including experience preparing reports, policies, procedures, submissions and organisational documents. Experience developing, implementing or monitoring compliance, quality or business systems, ideally including Logiqc QMS. Sound judgement, discretion and confidence managing sensitive employee and organisational information. Strong cross cultural capability and a genuine commitment to the purpose of an Aboriginal community controlled organisation. Experience in Aboriginal housing or the not for profit sector in the Northern Territory will be highly regarded.
