Valley Bobcat Landscaping is a Barossa-based business delivering high-quality structural landscaping, including retaining walls, fencing, irrigation and site works across residential and light commercial projects. About the RoleYou will be responsible for: Running landscaping jobs from start to finish Setting out sites, levels and falls Building retaining walls Fencing installation Irrigation systems and basic plumbing Coordinating materials and keeping jobs moving Leading and directing a labourer on-site Ensuring quality workmanship and efficiency What Were Looking For Solid experience in structural landscaping (not just soft landscaping) Confident setting levels and reading site plans Ability to work unsupervised and make decisions on-site Experience supervising or directing other workers Strong work ethic and pride in your work Current drivers licence (truck licence a bonus) Machine experience (bobcat/excavator) highly regarded What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience, starting casual, leading to permanent Consistent local work in the Barossa region Opportunity to step into a genuine leadership role Work closely with the business owner with long-term stability Variety of projects Starting as a casual role with consistent work, with potential to move into a more permanent position for the right person.
