Flexiforce is currently seeking experienced Pick Packers to join a well-established and growing warehouse team located in the central Southern Highlands, NSW. With both day and afternoon shifts available, this is a great opportunity to secure flexible, ongoing work in a fast-paced and supportive environment. This hands-on role requires individuals who are physically fit, reliable, and comfortable working in a KPI-driven warehouse environment. Flexibility with hours is essential. Duties may include, but are not limited to: Picking and packing orders accurately Manual handling of products (up to 20kg) Labelling and preparing goods for dispatch Maintaining a clean and organised workspace Assisting with general warehouse duties as required To be successful for this position, you must have: Proven experience in pick packing or warehouse roles Strong attention to detail and accuracy Flexible approach to working hours Commitment to workplace safety and safe manual handling practices Be Reliable and punctual this is essential Reliability is a MUST!
