Join an established team of Psychologists on a salaried basis working in a well-equipped private practice in Canberra. With state-of-the-art facilities and an experienced team, our client is looking for Psychologists to deliver impactful therapy to clients with a range of presentations. Option for full-time or part-time will be considered.Key Benefits: Well Resourced Clinic: Utilise recently refurbished consulting rooms, breakout spaces, kitchen facilities and other tools to facilitate impactful and meaningful therapy. Remuneration: Earn a highly competitive salary of $100-140k + super, plus a lucrative $2,500 PD allowance. Social Team:Enjoy regular social events and activities within the practice, with some recent examples including Cooking Contests, Breakfast Clubs, Pool Tournaments and Move Nights! Career Support:As well as the $2,500 PD allowance, have access to individual and peer supervision within the clinic at no extra cost. Innovative Technology:Reduce clinical admin workload by utilising AI-assisted notetaking technology, templates for GP letters and more. Admin Support:All non-clinical admin is taken care of by a full-time admin team of 4, allowing you to focus on sessional work. Flexible KPIs:Salary range is based on a billable hour target of 5.25hrs, but have the option to earn more by increasing your billables! Your duties will include: Providing ongoing therapy (and assessment if desired) to a fully tailored caseload of clients. Engaging with the wider team to continue making the clinic a great place to work! Maintaining session notes and correspondence with referring GPs.
