What You''ll Be DoingYou''ll be the go-to person running the day-to-day operations of the service, including: Leading and supporting a team of educators Creating fun, engaging programs for school-aged kids Making sure everything runs smoothly and safely Building great relationships with families and the school Handling admin tasks (enrolments, rosters, compliance stuff) Keeping everything in line with childcare regulations HoursFull-time (38 hours per week), Monday to Friday with split shifts: Morning: Starting around 6:30am Afternoon: Finishing around 6:15pm Plus Vacation Care shifts (approx. 8 hours per day) What We''re Looking ForSomeone who: Has experience in a Supervisor role (OSHC preferred) Loves working with kids and supporting their development Is organised, reliable, and confident leading a team Communicates well with staff, families, and children Understands childcare rules and regulations Qualifications & Requirements Certificate IV / Diploma in Children''s Services (or similar)(or Cert III with at least 3 years'' experience) Valid Working With Children Check (NSW) First Aid & CPR (or willing to get) Driver''s licence Police Check Child Protection training Australian citizenship is required for this position Why Join Us?
