Job Title: Maintenance Plumber (Housing & Drainage)About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Maintenance Plumber to join our team, working across residential housing and drainage maintenance. This is a hands-on role focused on fault finding, repairs, and general maintenance rather than new builds. Youll be attending a variety of jobs including blocked drains, leaking fixtures, and system repairs no two days are the same. Key Responsibilities General residential plumbing maintenance and repairs Diagnose and resolve plumbing faults efficiently Drainage work including blocked drains, repairs, and inspections Tapware, toilets, and hot water system repairs and replacements Work across roof spaces and at heights where required Provide clear communication with tenants, clients, and office staff Maintain high standards of workmanship and safety Complete job notes and documentation accurately Skills & Experience WA Plumbing Licence (essential) Proven experience in maintenance plumbing Drainage knowledge WA housing maintenance knowledge Experience with hot water unit repairs and gas servicing (preferred) Restricted electrical licence (preferred) Not afraid to work on roofs or in roof spaces Ability to work independently and manage workload Good communication and customer service skills Current drivers licence Desirable (but not essential) Experience in housing maintenance / property management work Drain camera & jetter experience Ability to quote small jobs on-site What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Company vehicle, phone, and uniform Consistent, ongoing work (no chasing jobs) Supportive team and organised office support Variety of work across housing and maintenance Opportunity for overtime Friday beers with the team at the local supplied by us.
