Receptionist Join The Tops as our Receptionist and be the welcoming face of our venue. As the first point of contact, you''ll create a warm, professional, and memorable experience for guests, visitors, and contractors. This is a fast-paced, people-focused role where you''ll balance front desk responsibilities while supporting Guest Relations operations, to ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and positive stay. Located in Stanwell Tops, NSW Salary packaging - increased your take home pay with salary packaging including novated leasing options Birthday leave - take time to celebrate with your friends and family Your Contribution Welcome guests, visitors and contractors with a warm and professional approach Handle incoming calls, emails and enquiries promptly and accurately Provide helpful information about the venue, facilities and local area Respond to guest requests and concerns with empathy, efficiency and professionalism Provide support to Guest Relations and Bookings operations Identify and report maintenance or guest-related issues promptly Contribute to continuous improvement and a positive, team-focused environment About You Experience in customer service, hospitality, reception or a similar role Strong organisational, time management, communication and problem-solving skills Intermediate Microsoft Office skills Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain) Willingness to work within a Christian values-based organisation Passionate about delivering great customer and guest experiences in friendly, approachable and confident interactions with a wide range of people Highly organised and able to multitask in a busy environment Positive, reliable and a supportive team player with high attention to detail and professionalism About Us Set on over 200 acres of bushland in Stanwell Tops, at The Tops Conference Centre we welcome school groups, community organisations and teams for retreats, camps and conferences.
