Disability Support Worker (high physical impact activities) Hills Housing & Disability Services (HHDS) seeks casual Disability Support Workers for high physical impact activity roles in therapy assistance, day options, kids and group services. SCHADS Award rates apply, including casual loading and increased rates for late shift, weekends, and Public Hols. Physical RequirementsThis role includes a physically demanding component. Applicants must be able to safely perform the inherent requirements of the role, which include: sustained high levels of energy and active support throughout shifts agility and mobility to assist clients in varied environments a good level of cardiovascular fitness to support active care duties strength for manual handling tasks including lifting, transferring, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, and repetitive actions Reasonable adjustments will be considered in accordance with applicable workplace and anti-discrimination laws.
