Support Worker Position 24/7 Support Team We are currently seeking compassionate, reliable and experienced support workers to join a 24/7 care team supporting an adult participant living independently. The participant experiences: Significant memory and cognitive difficulties Complex mental health support needs A history of substance addiction Schizophrenia This role requires patient, calm and consistent support workers who are confident working within trauma-informed and recovery-focused practice. About the role: 24/7 support roster Sleepover/inactive night shifts required (not active nights) Assistance with daily living, emotional regulation, routine prompts and community access Building trust, structure and stability Supporting a participant who also has a friendly dog in the home Ideal applicants will have: Experience supporting people with psychosocial disabilities and complex behaviours Strong boundaries, communication and documentation skills Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid and CPR Drivers licence and reliable vehicle preferred Ability to work collaboratively within a consistent support team What we offer: Supportive team environment Ongoing communication and guidance Access to Employee Assistance Program (EAP) support Opportunity to make a meaningful long-term impact This role would suit support workers who are grounded, empathetic and able to provide steady, respectful support in a home environment.
