Summary: We are looking for a polished, personable and service-driven professional to join our Auxus team as a part-time Concierge, representing Auxus within a prestigious commercial office environment in Canberra. Primary Purpose of Role: The Concierge is the face of a premium commercial office building, the first person tenants, visitors and contractors encounter, and the lasting impression they carry with them. You will be responsible for delivering a seamless, high-quality workplace experience that reflects the standard of the environment you represent. This role suits someone who thrives in a corporate setting, takes pride in their presentation and communication, and genuinely enjoys creating meaningful connections with the people around them. Snapshot of your day: Welcoming tenants, visitors and contractors with a warm and professional approach, and always ensuring correct building access Managing the front desk handling phone and email enquiries efficiently and with care Coordinating meeting room bookings, setups and catering requests on behalf of tenants Maintaining an immaculate reception and lobby presentation throughout your shift Providing knowledgeable assistance with building information, local area recommendations and wayfinding Supporting mail management, visitor passes and general concierge administration Building genuine relationships with regular tenants and visitors to deliver a personalised experience Collaborating with building management and your Auxus team to ensure smooth daily operations About you: Prior experience in a concierge, reception or front-of-house role within a corporate, commercial or premium hospitality environment Impeccably presented with confident, professional communication skills, both verbal and written Warm and personable, someone who genuinely enjoys engaging with people and creating a positive first impression Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities calmly Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency Discreet and professional when dealing with confidential or sensitive matters A genuine passion for service excellence and delivering experiences that stand out Why join Auxus?
