Key Responsibilities Previous experience in a F&B role working in hotels, bars, or restaurants. Experience managing and training teams, driver a strong team culture and driving a great guest experience. Proven knowledge of food and beverage items, including wine and cocktails (training will be provided). Warm, friendly and approachable manor. Great communication skills, flexibility and approachable.
