What You''ll Be Doing Structural steel installation on active construction sites Modifying steel to suit "as built" conditions Reading drawings and working through real-world inconsistencies Welding and fabrication to a high standard Working both on-site and in-house depending on workload The Reality of the RoleThis is physical, hands-on work in real environments: Lifting and handling steel (2530kg) Working at heights and in active construction zones Exposure to weather and changing site conditions Fast-moving jobs where plans can shift quickly We operate in the real world - not a workshop bubble. What We Expect Trade qualified (Boilermaker / Fabricator / Welder) Experience with structural steel installation Ability to read and interpret drawings Problem-solving mindset - not just "tell me what to do" Reliable, accountable, and switched on Pride in quality and safety Australian citizenship required Most importantly:We''re looking for someone who wants to improve and take ownership of their work.
