About the Role As a Kitchen Assistant, you will support our chocolatiers and kitchen team with day-to-day production and kitchen operations. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced food production environment. Key Responsibilities Assisting with chocolate and confectionery production Preparing ingredients and equipment Cleaning and sanitising kitchen tools and work areas Dishwashing and general kitchen upkeep Packing and labelling products Supporting stock rotation and storage Following food safety and hygiene standards at all times About You Reliable, punctual, and hardworking Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods High attention to detail Able to follow instructions and work efficiently A team player with a positive attitude Previous kitchen or food production experience (preferred but not essential) Food handling certification (desirable) What We Offer Friendly and supportive team environment Opportunity to work with premium chocolate products On-the-job training Staff discounts Potential for growth within the business If you are motivated, take pride in your work, and would enjoy being part of a locally owned chocolate factory, wed love to hear from you.
