We are seeking an experienced and motivated State Operations Manager to lead our Victorian operations. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for driving operational performance, client satisfaction, team development, and business growth within the state. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations across all Victorian sites Manage and improve service delivery to ensure client satisfaction and retention Build and maintain strong client relationships Recruit, train, and manage staff Conduct site inspections and client meetings Manage rostering and ensure compliance standards are met Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing operations team. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory requirements. Oversee, in conjunction with Contract Managers the timesheets of employees. Maintain all compliance requirements through our Integrated Management System. About You To succeed in this role, you will have: Minimum 5 years experience in a senior management or operational leadership position. Demonstrated experience in managing a commercial cleaning portfolio , including oversight of operations, client relationships, financial performance, and service delivery standards. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
