In this pivotal role, you will help ensure our residents receive the highest standard of care by coordinating efficient, balanced, and compliant staffing rosters across our facilities. About the Role As the Rostering Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely staff rosters that support service needs while balancing employee preferences and compliance requirements. Working closely with managers and team leaders, you will play a key role in maintaining workforce continuity and exceptional service delivery. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage staff rosters across multiple sites. Respond to roster changes, leave requests, and shift vacancies in a timely manner. Ensure rosters comply with relevant awards, enterprise agreements, and organisational policies. Liaise with managers to understand staffing requirements and anticipate workforce needs. Maintain accurate records within rostering and workforce management systems. Support payroll accuracy through correct data entry and timely updates. Provide exceptional customer service to staff regarding roster queries. About You Experienced in rostering, scheduling, or workforce coordinationparticularly within healthcare or multisite environmentsis highly regarded. You will bring strong attention to detail, along with excellent organisational and timemanagement skills. The role requires the ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment while managing competing priorities.
