About us At Ocean to Hills Physiotherapy, Hahndorf we strive to help others embrace their best journey through life. We are a boutique practice situated in the beautiful Adelaide Hills and work alongside other allied health professionals within our shared space just off the main street of Hahndorf. Our team currently consists of one Physiotherapist/Director and admin who works primarily from home. About the role We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate physiotherapist to join our tight-nit team. Initially we are looking for someone who could work roughly 20 hours per week, with the opportunity to grow their hours. We offer an hourly rate + commission and flexibility in hours and scheduling to create a great work life balance, and to offer a range of times for our clients. The ideal candidate will be client and community focused with a holistic view on health & someone who fits in with our allied health team. This role involves both manual therapy and active therapy, primary working with musculoskeletal conditions, but we are most certainly open to any other special interests. What you''ll be doing Conducting comprehensive physiotherapy assessments to identify patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans Delivering a range of physiotherapy interventions, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and pain management techniques Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless, patient-centred care Educating patients on their condition and empowering them to actively participate in their rehabilitation Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records Manage reports and letters for applicable clients Set up and maintain treatment areas, equipment and clinic cleanliness Taking clients through 1:1 programs both in clinic and at offsite gym facilities. Participate in team meetings and regular professional development Perform basic administrative tasks such as taking payments, rebooking clients and answering phones Assist with marketing opportunities such as delivering educational sessions to GPs, running community information sessions etc We may also assign you other duties, where reasonable for your position, training and experience. What we''re looking for A recognised physiotherapy degree or equivalent qualification Registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Physiotherapist Previous experience in a private physiotherapy clinic or similar setting is preferred Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to evidence-based practice Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients A passion for continuing professional development and a willingness to share knowledge with the team Current Working with Children check (or willing to obtain before start) Current First Aid and CPR Certification (or willing to obtain before start) National Police Check (or willing to obtain before start) What we offer At Ocean to Hills Physiotherapy, Hahndorf we value our employees and strive to create a positive and supportive work environment.
