Stannard Family Homes is looking for an experienced and motivated Site Supervisor to join our team, servicing projects across the Adelaide Hills and Murraylands regions. About the Role You will be responsible for overseeing the construction of residential homes, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to our high standard of workmanship. Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise multiple residential builds Coordinate and schedule trades effectively Ensure quality control across all stages of construction Maintain site safety and compliance Communicate proactively with clients and internal team members Monitor timelines and resolve any site issues efficiently About You (Must-Haves) Minimum 5 years experience as a Site Supervisor in residential construction Currently living within, or in close proximity to, the Murraylands region Strong knowledge of building processes and Australian standards Excellent organisational and time management skills Confident communicator with a client-focused approach Ability to work autonomously and problem-solve on site What We Offer Opportunity to earn $130,000+ for the right person with the right experience Fully maintained company vehicle (approx. $20K annual value) + fuel card Phone, iPad, and laptop provided Structured onboarding and support from our team Salary increases following probation and ongoing performance reviews Opportunity to grow within a well-established family business Supportive and team-oriented culture Why Join Stannard Family Homes?
