Tasks & Responsibilities - Duties include, but are not limited to: Working within a small team on maintenance, repairs and small projects across two Dubbo motels - Matilda Motor Inn & Orana Motel Maintaining lawns, trees, shrubs, hedges and garden beds including weeding, mowing, fertilising, watering and other duties as required Maintenance and repairs to motel rooms , buildings, furnishings Cleaning carpets Rubbish collection & removal, and cleaning of BBQ Upkeep of the swimming pool Approximately 10-20 casual hours a week available for the right candidate.
