What Youll Be Doing: Supporting travellers with visa applications, job interview preparation, and pre-arrival planning Providing high-quality customer service via email, phone, and video calls Booking initial accommodation, airport transfers, and arrival activities Managing customer files and updating our internal database with accurate notes and documentation Completing regular check-ins with travellers to ensure they feel supported throughout their journey Maintaining relationships with customers by building rapport and being their support system Who Were Looking For: You have a genuine interest in travel and enjoy helping people Youre customer-focused and take pride in delivering great service Youre tech-savvy with strong attention to detail and time management skills Youre proactive, organised, and a strong communicator (written and verbal) Whats In It for You?
