Were growingand were looking for a Telco & Data Product Specialist who can take ownership of how our solutions are designed, positioned, and continuously improved. This is not a traditional sales role.Its a solutions-led, customer-facing position where youll partner closely with sales, engage directly with clients, and play a key role in shaping product direction across the business. If you enjoy solving real-world connectivity challenges and influencing outcomes across customers, partners, and internal teamsthis is the role. The OpportunityBased in Wollongong, youll sit at the centre of product, sales, and deliverysupporting the business with solution design, product expertise, and technical credibility. Youll also play a key role in improving how products are structured, sold, and supported as Rodin continues to expand its footprint. What Youll Be Doing Partner with sales to design and present fit-for-purpose telco and data solutions Deliver product demonstrations to customers, prospects, and partners Lead solution design across connectivity and voice environments Support customer reviews and contract renewals with technical insight Deliver internal product training to sales and technical teams Manage and engage with vendors and carrier partners Act as a key escalation point for product and solution queries Conduct monthly partner check-ins and enablement sessions Contribute to ongoing improvement of platforms and products (including AI and telephony solutions) Translate customer feedback into practical product enhancements and priorities About YouYoure not just technically capableyou understand how technology impacts real businesses. You can move between technical detail and commercial context with ease.
