The Gig: Integral part of the Faro team Support the business by drawing on your knowledge and experience of classic cocktails, wine, spirits and bar day to day operations Deliver high standard hospitality experiences alongside art, music, and performance Be motivated, and motivational - your attitude and experience is what counts Good availability and flexibility over 5 operational days (Thursday - Monday) and operational hours (9am - 5 pm) as well as Friday and Saturday dinners (5pm - 11pm) 25-30 hours per week The You: Must have a minimum of 1-2 years bar experience in a similar role Creative thinker, we love out-of-the-box cocktails on our list Adaptable, occasionally helping out the waitstaff Good classic cocktail, beer, and wine knowledge essential Barista skills and experience are a strong bonus A deep desire to deliver a first-class customer experience Demonstrates excellent communication skills A positive and friendly attitude RSA essential Flexibility around work, as weekends are a must If this sounds like you we''d love to hear from you.
