Senior Support Officer - Technical & Infrastructure Darwin, NT East Arnhem Regional Council is seeking an experienced Senior Support Officer to provide highlevel administrative and operational support to our Technical and Infrastructure Services Directorate, with a strong focus on Civil Infrastructure programs and maintenance works. Key responsibilities Provide administrative and coordination support to infrastructure projects Financial processing and reconciliations (AP/AR) Procurement and contractor documentation Scheduling and coordination of maintenance and minor works Maintain accurate records, reports, and compliance documentation Support the use of mobile apps and online systems Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders About you Experience in highlevel administration within a technical or projectbased environment Sound financial administration skills Strong organisational and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook and quick to learn new systems Able to work independently and as part of a team Desirable: Crosscultural awareness and understanding of issues affecting First Nations people.
