Job Title

We are seeking mid-to-senior Electronics Engineers with at least 8 years of post-graduate experience.You will be responsible for designing, prototyping, testing and validating advanced electronic systems. The role will focus on testing and verification activities, while supporting the team through design and development.You will work closely with a multidisciplinary engineering team to deliver high-reliability solutions for complex defence and technology applications.Key ResponsibilitiesLead V&V activities through the development of test plans, procedures and requirements linkingConduct electronic and RF component testing at the component and system levelGenerate test reports, COCs and supporting engineering documentationUpdate and maintain the configuration management of systems and subsystems in WindchillConduct laboratory and field-testing using RF instrumentation Spectrum Analysers & VNAsSupport the design and development of electronic and RF circuits and subsystemsSelect, verify and validate electronic componentsPrototype, integrate, debug and validate electronic and RF systemsConduct troubleshooting and fault diagnosis on complex systemsWork collaboratively with hardware, firmware and software teamsContribute to the delivery of engineering projects to specification, schedule and quality standardsTo Succeed in This Role, You Will HaveBachelors degree in Electronics Engineering or related disciplineMinimum 8 years of professional engineering experienceStrong experience in electronic system integration and testingExperience developing test documentation and reportsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience with configuration management and version controlAbility to produce high-quality engineering documentationExperience with schematic and PCB design tools such as AltiumExcellent communication and teamwork skillsEmbedded firmware development (C/C++, VHDL/Verilog)RF system design, simulation and testingPCB development in AltiumDefence or high-reliability engineering environmentsWhat We OfferCompetitive remuneration package negotiable based on skills and experiencePerformance bonus programAdditional annual leave daysA supportive and flexible work environmentEmployee Assistance Program (EAP) free counselling servicesOpportunity to work on advanced defence and RF technologiesAll final applicants will be asked to consent to a criminal record check.
