Description Our Load & Haul department are seeking to strengthen their team with experienced, safety focused & dedicated Excavator Operators who will support the mining team and business operation. Responsibilities Reporting to the Team Leader Mining, the successful applicant will be required to: Operate predominately CAT 6020 and EX3600 Excavators in a production mining environment, and be prepared to hot seat other machines during down time on Diggers. Operate Mobile Plant safely in line with ConsMin policies and procedures as well as advocating safe working practices in your crew. Loading Dump Trucks, maintain benches, run pit, keep a clean level floor and direct Rigid Dump Truck Operators. Show high levels of teamwork by liaising with other mining personnel to ensure ConsMin achieve production targets. Qualifications To be successful in this role you will have: The right to work in Australia Current HR drivers license. Minimum of 3 years experience in a mining a Production environment National Police Clearance (No older than 6 months) Strong focus on safety and commitment to following company policy and procedures. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Willingness to train, improve and add knowledge to the team.
