Job Description

ResponsibilitiesCoordinate execution of inbound shipments, receivals and deliveries across portsLiaise with shipping agents, transport providers, warehouses and inspection providersLead the end-to-end delivery of major projects, ensuring outcomes alignPrepare and manage procurement documentation and processes, including Head ContractorSafely deliver LPG products to Domestic, Commercial & Industrial sitesSupervise thirdparty works within 3 metres of transmission pipelinesProtect pipeline assets by enforcing permit conditions and client proceduresManage the Classified Plant register and ensure all associated complianceSupport mobilisation and demobilisation activities by coordinating accurate equipment documentationReceive, record and store all food service deliveries to LongOperate within a 24hour, 7day operational environmentLead and manage multidisciplinary engineering teams across multiple rail projectsOversee design integration, constructability and technical complianceEnsure safety performance of employees and subcontractorsMeet and achieve production targetsLead power system studies and modelling using PSCAD, PSS/E and related toolsDefine generator performance standards, reactive plant requirements and control system criteriaLead and manage Health & Safety practices across largescale projectsWork closely with site teams to ensure safe, efficient deliveryDeliver highquality, technically robust sustainability advisory services across a broad range of projectsAct as a technical lead or subjectmatter expert on specialised engineering tasksSupport clients with grid connection activities from feasibility through generator commissioningPrepare and manage connection enquiries and applications (R0 and R1)Advise at a strategic level during the project conception stageLead the establishment of overall success criteria for major projectsQualificationsSuccessfully pass all required preemployment recruitment tests, including CAT1Hold a valid ClassC motor vehicle drivers licence with a clean driving recordOperate and maintain CNC machines, manual lathes and sawsPerform routine inspections, servicing, fault finding and corrective maintenance on industrial equipmentStrong capability in assessing change impacts and managing readiness and resistanceSupport the development and improvement of environmental controls, processes and proceduresPrepare clear documentation for internal reporting and regulatory submissionsPerform routine and reactive plumbing maintenance on commercial sitesDiagnose and repair leaks, blockages and hotwater issuesDemonstrated experience delivering organisational or business change, from diagnosis through implementationPossess a tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent)Have at least 10years experience delivering complex IT projects in a projectmanagement capacity #J-18808-Ljbffr
