Join the team Were transforming the way our customers shop, and were looking for a Renewal Project Lead based in Western Australia to help us deliver exceptional store environments for our customers and team members across all of our Kmart and Target locations. As part of our team, youll play a key role in coordinating store renewal projects end-to-end from planning through to execution ensuring each store meets our Kmart Group standards of quality, safety and customer experience. What youll be doing Leading the planning, coordination and delivery of store renewal projects Partnering with key stakeholders across Stores, Merchandising, Replenishment and external contractors to ensure smooth execution Managing timelines, resources and budgets to deliver projects on time and to standard Overseeing layouts and merchandising requirements to support operational efficiency and a great customer experience Supporting continuous improvement across renewal processes to drive value and consistency To be successful in this role youll have: Youll bring strong retail experience and a practical understanding of store layouts and refits. Youll be organised, adaptable, and confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Youll also have: 35 years experience in a Department Manager, Line Manager or Assistant Store Manager position across a major retail brand OR experience in within merchandising or layouts. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Stakeholder management and conflict resolution is a high priority for this role. Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office. The ability to lead, influence and coordinate teams to achieve great outcomes. Flexibility to travel locally and interstate, and ability to work nights when required during projects. Generally speaking projects run from 3-5 weeks and would be working hours between 10pm-8am. Outside of projects your would have normal working hours and access to 2 days work from home flexibility.
