Ulladulla, New South Wales Position Details Full-time, Permanent Salary: $68,489 $76,980 gross per annum plus 12% Super and On-Call Allowance 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday) with option of flexitime Location: Ulladulla Civic Centre Applications close: Thursday, 14May2026 (at midnight) Overview This role supports the coordination of bookings for the Ulladulla Civic Centre and other Council facilities, providing a friendly and responsive customer service experience. It involves managing booking enquiries, ensuring compliance with Council policies, and providing onsite support to hirers as required. Responsibilities Respond promptly to Ulladulla Civic Centre booking queries (internal and external) via email, phone, in person, and online. Collaborate with the Booking and Events Team to support booking enquiries for other Council facilities. Manage bookings from enquiry to refund of bonds in Bookable, including proactive management of unpaid bookings. Be available on-call and complete reasonable overtime as required. Qualifications Tertiary qualification in Administration or equivalent experience. Experience in venue administration. Extensive experience in providing quality customer service. First Aid Certificate or ability to obtain. Current ClassC Drivers Licence. Proof of Australian residency or citizenship, or the authority to work in Australia (visa).
