Pay Rate SSIA Level 5 Shift Pattern Ability to workrotating dayandnightsshifts of12hours Key responsibilities screeningvisitors&equipmentto and from the secure area. provision of exemplarycustomerservice, with some administrative tasks. ensuringadherencetoallsite security procedures,policiesand access control requirements identifyingand preventing prohibited items from being introduced to or removed from secure areas issuing,monitoringand auditing visitor and contractor security passes in line with site protocols raising,updatingand managing access requests using client security systems and software completing regular patrols of assigned areas and reporting hazards or incidents to the regional control room responding to, escalating and documenting incidents with clear,accuratewritten reports and daily activity logs communicating effectively via two-way radio and following command-and-control procedures maintaining a strong safety-first mindset and leading by example in compliance and professionalism About You Must haveSecurity Licence,Classification 1A(Unarmed Guarding)& 1E(Monitoring Centre Operator) Valid First Aid Certificate(3yearsvalidity)with current CPRCertificate(1 year validity) Ability to clear an Australian Police Check Lead by example support a safety and compliance culture Excellent communicationandcustomer serviceskills Conflict resolution and negation skillsrequired Strong multi-tasking abilities Intermediate PC skills (MS Suite) Report writing and Site patrol duties Excellent observational skills Experience communicating via two-way radio If you have the above criteria,we look forward receiving your application!
