The Resources and Charter Delivery team plays a critical role in supporting complex charter operations for customers who rely on us every day. TheSenior Manager, Strategic Accounts Resources and Charter Deliveryis a critical customerfacing leadership role withinBusiness and GovernmentSales, accountable for both strategic commercial outcomes and the effective delivery of charter operations. This role leads a team of Resources & FIFO Operations Coordinators supporting complex charter flying, with a strong focus on ensuring safe,reliableand effective charter and block space delivery for key strategic resource customers. In addition, the role provides leadership, coaching and mentoring to a team of Strategic Account Managers, while alsoretainingownership of selected strategic accounts. The role combines account management with a strong operational remit, requiring close oversight of charter activity across major resource and charter customers. Regular travel between Brisbane and Perthis required tosupport customer engagement, teamleadershipand operational delivery. Youllhave Minimum 7 years relevant professional experience in senior commercial, sales or customerled roles Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Aviation,Economicsor a related discipline (desirable) Demonstrated senior commercial judgement with a strong customer orientation and focus on value creation Proven experience leading complex sales and account strategies across large or strategic customer portfolios Strong capability in contract negotiation, commercial decisionmaking and business planning Demonstrated people leadership experience, including coaching,mentoringand developing highperforming teams Ability to lead through complexity, driving performance,accountabilityand operational discipline Strategic mindset with experience interpreting external market dynamics and translating this into action Why Qantas?
