Job Details Retail Award Level 4 position (incl. weekend penalty rates) Casual position across two Bendigo Op Shops Be a part of the Uniting Op Shop growth Your new role Join our team and coordinate our volunteers and daily operations of our two Op Shops in Bendigo. Its a great opportunity to be part of a friendly community, its lively and varied! We have one on-call casual role available, rostered anywhere from 3 to 7.6 hours, working between the hours of 9:00am to 5:15pm, 7 days per week, and public holidays. Our Op Shops team are responsible for bringing their creative flair to create visually appealing and contemporary Op Shops. Our aim is to delight people in a meaningful and memorable way, while offering positive customer experiences, high level visual merchandising, critical stock and space management, achieving sales targets, and celebrating Unitings culture. Your skills and experience To be successful in this role, you will have a passion for fashion and charity retail and have a flair for visual merchandising. You will ideally have experience in cash handling, register operations and closing procedures and be confident in supervising a team as well as working on your own.
