The Role: This role owns the performance and strategic direction of the Coffee category across the retail network. You will drive a consistent, highquality coffee experience through strong commercial performance, innovation, supplier partnerships and instore execution. You Will Provide: Endtoend ownership of Coffee category performance including sales, margin and growth A consistent Coffee customer value proposition across all store formats Leadership of menu, blend, equipment and consumables strategy Innovation pipeline and new product development aligned to customer trends Supplier strategy, negotiations and performance management Crossfunctional leadership across Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain and Finance Store execution standards, training programs and capability uplift Insightsled improvements in quality, availability, waste and experience What We Offer: Join a dynamic team at a renowned South Australian company, known for their innovation and outsidethebox thinking. About You: Experience in category, commercial or product roles within FMCG, retail, QSR or convenience Strong commercial acumen with accountability for sales, margin and cost performance Experience delivering customer propositions across multisite or national networks Strong stakeholder management and crossfunctional collaboration skills Practical understanding of store operations and execution at scale Experience in coffee, foodtogo or beverage categories (highly regarded) Exposure to supplier management, negotiations or innovation/NPD (desirable) Relevant tertiary qualification in business, commerce or marketing (preferred) We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and encourage and support diversity in our traditional and nontraditional roles. #J-18808-Ljbffr
