About this role This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and proactive professional to provide executive coordination and project support to the Executive Director, Centre for Alcohol and Other Drugs (CAOD). The role supports the delivery of strategic priorities through highquality briefing material, correspondence management, stakeholder coordination and project tracking. You will work across complex policy, operational and workforce matters in a fastpaced environment, requiring sound judgement, discretion and strong communication skills. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with senior executives and contributing to wholeofgovernment outcomes in public health. Crown Clerk 7/8, salary from $113,574 - $125,720 plus Super and annual leave loading Support executive workflow, including diary management, meeting coordination and secretariat support. Provide highlevel project and executive support, including coordination and tracking of briefs, correspondence and reports to meet critical deadlines. Research, prepare and coordinate accurate and highquality advice, briefings, reports and submissions on complex matters. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate information exchange and timely responses. Contribute to improving administrative systems, record management and business processes to support efficient operations. About you We are seeking motivated and committed individuals with: Experience providing executive support, coordination or project management in a complex environment. Strong written communication skills, with experience preparing briefs, correspondence or reports for senior stakeholders. Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver highquality outcomes under tight timeframes. Sound judgement, discretion and commitment to integrity and confidentiality.
