Where you''ll be working Royal North Shore Hospital What you''ll be doing The incumbent is responsible for prioritising and planning the workload and would be expected to have general office skills including basic keyboard proficiency and good communication skills. The position may receive daily work requests from the Nursing Unit Manager and provide support in this matter. The incumbent is responsible for carrying out clerical/administrative processes for the assigned ward, including providing an information service to patients and the general public on matters relating to patient movement and admissions. Qualifications Demonstrated computer and data entry experience. Demonstrated ability to promote and achieve customerfocused service delivery. Demonstrated experience in organising and prioritising workload with minimal supervision in a challenging environment. Additional Requirements This position requires immunisation and screening for certain diseases.
