About the role We are seeking passionate and experienced Registered Nurses to join our team. As a Registered Nurse at THS you will work across our Acute Ward and Residential Aged Care facility, with future opportunities for professional development in our other areas. You will provide outstanding personcentred care through high quality, safe nursing practice and support. You will consult with residents/consumers, their families, staff, management and be an integral part of the team of health professionals to ensure we are meeting the consumer''s needs with respect, dignity and positivity. About You You are passionate about personcentred care and motivated to enhance the wellbeing of our consumers. You will also meet the following criteria: Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in either subacute or aged care. Demonstrated commitment to personcentred care. Welldeveloped interpersonal and communication skills. Strong time management and problemsolving abilities. Commitment to continuous improvement. Computer literacy with wordprocessing and data base programs.
